Hours: Mon-Sun-11am-1am

Cattle cafe is one of my favourite comfort restaurants. After a hard core session of karaoke with H, T and W, we inevitably had to visit the close-by cattle cafe.
I usually order a bowl of their fish soup noodles, but this time i opted for something else as the weather was quite humid.
For appetizers we ordered spicy chill pig ears- $4.50
This is a flavourful, wonderful dish with many chilli peppers, which makes the pig ears very, very numb and spicy

I ordered the mini curry pan fried pork with rice-$6.95, with an extra $1 for the HK style lemon rebina. The curry was different from typical Indian curry, as it was sweeter and milder. The fried pork chops and potatoes were juicy and flavourful. Although this is stated as MINI, I realize that this worthier than the normal curry combos, because it is $2 less and has almost no difference in terms of size.

The lemon regina was a interesting drink. The sourness of the lemon accommodated well with the rebina ( an asian syrup-mixed drink ), however, people who don't prefer sour may complain that it is too sour for their liking. Also, there were too much ice and only half a cup of rebina :(. I still prefer lemon coke over this drink.
H ordered the normal curry chicken combo- $8.95
She said that the chicken was moist and juicy, but my curry dish has been better. H also added $1 for a hk style lemon tea, which tastes almost identical in every hk style restaurant.

T ordered the prawns & European Weiners in Cream Corn Bacon Demi-Glaze on spaghetti $9.75. This was the most expensive dish we ordered. I personally liked this dish, although i do not like cream sauces. The prawns and wieners matched the savoury flavour of this dish. However, i would like this dish more if there were less sauce, too much sauce produces a soggy texture.

We ended this meal with egg waffles -$3.95 , which is a traditional HK snack. The inner "bubbles" were chewy and the outside was crisp. A perfect way to end an almost perfect meal.
Cattle Cafe is a relatively cheap hk restaurant with comparably nice food, it qualities as one of my favourite restaurants.
